In a recent poll by the Birmingham Bar Association of Jefferson County attorneys who know and practice with the candidates, Pat received a rating of qualified or highly qualified from 89% of the lawyers who know his work. This was the highest approval rating for any candidate for Place 13. Neither of Pat's Democratic opponents received a 50% or better rate of approval.
